Privacy notice

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Information submitted through the appointment service is used to manage and fulfil that request.

Appointments

The service collects your name, email address, optional phone number, full treatment address, supported locality, treatment choice and requested time. The treatment address is needed so Juliet can travel to and fulfil a home appointment. The form deliberately does not collect treatment notes or health information.

Address and contact information are available only through the protected administration service and necessary appointment emails. Public booking and cancellation responses do not reveal names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers.

Abandoned provisional holds stop affecting availability when they expire and are automatically deleted 24 hours after expiry. A retention period for confirmed and cancelled client records still requires Juliet’s final privacy and legal review before production use.

Cancellations

Confirmed appointments may include a private, single-purpose cancellation link. The service stores a secure hash rather than the link token itself. Do not share the cancellation link with anyone else.

Security check

Production appointment submissions use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile is bypassed only in an explicitly configured local development environment.
